Lost FBA shipment for 8 months, SOS.
Hello, everyone!
I have a shipment FBA17CKH9C3W begin on 9/4/2023. Our carrier sent me the Appointment Files from https://fc-inbound-dock-hub-na.aka.amazon.com on 10/21/2023. According to the file, this shipment was scheduled to arrive and be checked-in at MQJ1 on 10/20/2023. But in our seller central account, the shipment is still stuck in "In transit" and has not been received.
We have opened several cases regarding this issue over the past six months. Finally, in March 2023, the reply we received was: "We have completed an additional check in response to your request. We have no record of receiving the following expected items:" Nothing has been received. In this shipment's page . it shows "This shipment is no longer eligible for reconciliation. " I couldn't do anything.
I then opened a case asking for reimburse, but the case has been stuck at "Pending Amazon Action" for a month.
I have no idea what to do. My Boss wants to fire somebody now, hopefully not me.
