Brand Registry - Abusive Conduct Help
Hello I need some help with Brand Registry. My products were being hijacked by unknown brands. as these brands were showing on my listings and prevented me from editing them. I submitted a Brand Registry application back in Nov. 2021 but was denied for "abusive conduct". I appealed multiple times since then with no results or help from the Brand Registry Team (3 + years). My seller account is healthy.
With the assist of a friend Seller Account, he registered the Brand Name and applied it to my products in order to prevent them from being hijack. The Brand Registry owner has invited me to become an authorized user to have full access to the brand many times, but my invitation/application keeps getting denied for the same reason "account is in abusive conduct." Please help me approve my application/invitation to become a full authorized user on the brand.

I've taken a look into this and unfortunately I have no further information available to me other than what you've been told. The Brand Registry team typically doesn't share specifics in order to protect their processes around abuse prevention.
I recommend reviewing all of our Policies, agreements, and guidelines and cross reference those with your account to see if you can find anything that needs to be addressed.
