Multiple account appeal, Anyone help me please

I have never created multiple accounts at amazon. The one I have today is my only account at amazon. Initially, while creating this seller account, I had signed up as an Individual Seller account. I upgraded to professional seller account later with legally registered company name and updated the seller profile to reflect the same following the guideline as provided by Amazon Seller University. anyone help me please ...

that is not what Amazon is saying in this email, so no idea where you get that from.

The email says - "... there are unaddressed policy violations related to your account."

Not that your account is related to another account.

It then tells you to visit Account Health.
