Deleting and relisting

Hello,

I am unable to update the product title and also the Scent attribute. However, both sections are not locked "Not greyed out." One of Amazon's support team advised me to delete and relist, but I never had to do this to change the product title.

Any advice, please

Unfortunately, nothing on Amazon is universal. Just because you have never had to delete a listing and relist it does not mean you will never have to.

Amazon's support team is just reading the policy to you. Part of what their job requires them to read to you is correct.

There are times when deleting the listing and adding it back using a product feed (excel worksheet) forces the listing to update. If it does not work, you will have to continue to troubleshoot the error you are experiencing.

I'm sorry you're having trouble updating your listing title and attribute. I've reviewed your related case ending with 1871. I see you were advised to delete and relist the listing which should fix the issue. Have you tried that step yet? I would recommend reviewing Listings Lounge: Why do you HAVE to Delete and relist? The answer might surprise you. help page which explains why this may be a needed fix.

If you run into further problems after deleting and relisting, let me know in this thread and I'll see if there's any need to escalate further.
