Buyers can't see my colour variations on Amazon product page
Hi, I have created parent child variations correctly on Amazon and I have no issue highlighted. However, the child product is displayed on Amazon without showing the other colour option. I have searched the forum and watched many videos and still can’t understand what I have done wrong. I sent my stock to Amazon now which will be displayed shortly but worried that people can’t see the other option!

The listing on amazon for clear shows 10g - check the parent and the purple

its possibly because you’ve either just set it up or, because they are both inactive
check your fees too - almost £11 on a £16.99 item … that doesn’t look right for a bracelet at 15 x 10 x 1 cm; 10 Grams
interestingly, checking your parent takes me to your clear one - not purple…

Thank you very much for the reply. Yes I have just set it up and desperately need help as I found some of the stuff confusing despite watching many videos! I dispatched the stock to Amazon today. Hopefully, it will show the variations when the stock are in if that might be the cause.
I am also puzzled as why my FBA costs are so high. I am guessing Imay have made a mistake with the weight. I am sure I entered the weight of each unit as 0.01 KG but is showing as 10kg as attached. I was told, Amazon will scan the
product themselves when it reaches their warehouse for dimensions and weight. So I am hoping they adjust the cost if it is incorrect.Seller_4XZrl7isjt4Xg
On the FBA Fees, I suspect you are getting hit with the “Dimensional Weight” charges.

I used the revenue calculator and the issue I think is the weight. It is shown as 10kg for my product SKU. I checked another similar SKU and the cost was under £2. I need to get that corrected and hopefully will be reduced.

I don’t believe that is the dimensional charge. At 15 x 10 x 1, the fee should not be anywhere near that high.
Check each ASIN for sizes.
There are two sizes/weights, one for the product and one for the package.
You must have one or the other with a 10kg weight entered.
Unless you change it, it will continue at that weight.

Purple:
ASIN: B0BXTXWYKN
Brand: Generic
Total New Prime Offers: 0
Competitive FBA Offers: 0
Current BSR: 0
Dimensions: 10.00 x 15.00 x 1.00 cm
Weight: 10.00 kg
Clear.
ASIN: B0BXV1MZ7W
Brand: Generic
Total New Prime Offers: 0
Competitive FBA Offers: 0
Current BSR: 0
Dimensions: 10.00 x 15.00 x 1.00 cm
Weight: 0.01 kg
So the issue is on the Purple one.
Parent doesn’t matter.

Yes, I think it is the weight. I just changed it on both products but need to wait until tomorrow for it to get updated.
Thank you

So the issue is very likely the “0” quantity.
Variation Relationships don’t typically show children with no inventory, other than 1 as a default.
If these are FBA then I would also create a FBM listing of each with a small quantity if you want to check things.

Thanks everyone here who helped. I am a novice and your comments helped to understand the listing better. Much appreciated.
