Verify your Selling on Amazon account 27th

HI, @Nano_Amazon

I encountered the same issue as @Seller_STOWPnBQe4BZ9

and I want to restart sales for an old store.

I received the message "Action Required: Verify your Selling on Amazon account".

When I click on the "Begin Verification in North America" link,

it only entered the account info page, and there was no button to submit documents or click to reactivate the account on this page.

The "Account info" page doesn't show any red or yellow warnings.

I have contacted several customer service representatives but it seems they cannot resolve this technical issue. Please review this case ID 15498196991.

Therefore, please also help me by resending a link to guide me through the verification process.

This may sound like a silly question, but was this 'old store' owned by YOU or did you buy one from someone else and are trying to start it up again?

It is next to impossible to sell/buy a 'store' on Amazon unless it has a board of directors.

My meaning is that I have an old shop that was registered a long time ago. I used a translation software because my English is not good.
