It has nothing to do with Account Health.

Say, at the beginning you see a X amount which will be reimbursed at the end of cycle. Let's presume that's on Monday morning. Now, when you make sales on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday... the relevant shipping charges, Amazon Fees , advertisement fees etc are deducted from ready to reimburse amount. The fees are deducted by Amazon upfront. Hence, with each passing day the balance will be lesser until Saturday. The final amount will be transferred to you.

This is why the actual amount is less than what you see on Monday. If you have no sales during a week and no cost, charge backs etc you will get the full amount as seen at beginning of cycle.

If you sell low priced products, it is advisable that you shift to self ship only. Below is the reason-

The formula is simple - Amount credited in your bank account = Account Level Reserve for previous payment cycle - Amazon Fee for the present payment cycle.

Amazon Fee = Refferal+Fix Closing+ Easy ship Fee+Refunds+Refund Fee

Your net proceeds will keep rolling on to the next payment cycle till it finally exceeds Amazon Fee for the current payment cycle. So reducing the total Amazon fee will reduce deductions from your net proceeds.

Now Easy Ship fee is the major chunk of the Amazon Fee. So if you move into Self Ship, Amazon won't deduct any shipping charges from your proceeds instead it will pass on any shipping fee received from the buyer to you. Yes you will have to bear the 3rd party shipping fee but at least you will have some money credited to your account and 3rd party shipping will always be cheaper than the easyship fee).

Another advantage is that you won't get any COD orders in self ship and so the customer reject cases will be almost negligible. You can even configure your shipping templates and de-activate pincodes from where you received fraud orders.

I just shared my personal experience. Hope it helps you.
