Anyone else seeing unreasonably long delivery windows shown to customers?

Hi everyone,

I've seen some discussions on the forum about this but I've noticed that the delivery window Amazon is showing customers for my FBM listings has become unusually long. In one case, it's displaying a full calendar week (and a day!) making my listings far less competitive.

Needless to say, this is crushing my conversion rate. I’ve been cautious about removing AHT or loosening the metrics that help qualify for OTDR protection, but at this point I’m stuck between maintaining those safeguards and actually getting sales.

Is anyone else running into this? Any ideas on how to address it without risking account health?

Appreciate any insight. I know Amazon would prefer us all go FBA route but it's a lose/lose/lose situation for some products.

Check your OTDR. Amazon has added two extra days to my delivery estimates because mine fell into the low 90 percentile (Under 95).

The worse part is, if you have a customer that ordered 10 items of something and it gets delivered late, they ding you for 10 points even though technically 1 order was late. While Voice of Customer, they count the whole order as a defect even though 1 of those 10 items could only be defective (So instead of being hit with 1 bad out of 10, you get hit with 1 bad out of 1).

Also, get ready for more dings since Monday was a holiday and the USPS always screws up with Amazon shipments after a holiday (It's bad anyway on Mondays to begin with, but the Tuesday after a Monday holiday is the worse). I have a shipment I sent Priority Mail going 40 miles away from me and it came Monday, shipped Tuesday, still not delivered while a return from a US territory got here in two days this week.
