Canada inventory not available when source inventory is in US

My main store and inventory is in USA, I activated BIL to be able to sell in Canada with the same inventory. Initially had BIL translation errors but was fixed after several discussions with Amazon support.
The ASIN in question is B0D9917HR3. When I open the product on Amazon US, it is available to be ordered but on Amazon Canada, it shows "Currently unavailable". I have created the inventory Canada Amazon seller central and performed all the necessary actions required.
What else can be done here? This is quite frustrating as this issue has been pending for months with no resolution.

I was checking, and I do see that there is an open case with seller support, the team in charge is running an investigation.
Please follow up in the case ID 17237786661 and if after the resolution you still have problems let me know so we can further investigate.
