How to register to use a Royal Mail service

I post orders using Royal Mail. I am ‘allowed’ to use most of the Royal Mail services but not Tracked 24 or Tracked 48. See:

Can anyone tell me how to register for these services?

You have to contact Royal Mail and ask them to add these services. They will quote you a rate based on your average weight and volume. There is also a minimum number you need to send every quarter.

I was initially given a competitive rate but they then increased it to a silly amount so I now buy Tracked24/48 direct on their website for much less although I don’t use this service much.
