inactive listings are visible to everyone?

Hello,

My listing is inactive (out of stock). Does this mean that nobody but I can view it, in order to improve it before my products arrive? Cause it's in a pitiful state at the moment, and I hope it's not visible to the world.

Is there a method to make it invisible whilst I wait for my products to arrive, if this is not automatic?

Regards,

Jason

It would still be viewable if someone had the link - though I would imagine it would appear lower in general search results.

You can't hide an ASIN as far as I am aware.

Thank you, @Seller_ZJhFeE3tNKzfh, for your response! You're absolutely right.

When a listing is inactive (out of stock), it simply means it's not visible to customers during platform research.

Customers can access the product only if they have the direct URL from the Amazon catalogue.
