Hello.

We currently have separate accounts in the US and Australia, and recently added an account for Europe.

In the US and Australia, Premium A+ was applied quickly, but in Europe, it has not been applied for almost a month, so I am wondering if there is any problem.

Also, there used to be a guide on the criteria for applying Premium A+ at the top of the A+ page, but I recently confirmed that the information has been deleted, so I am wondering if support for this part has ended.

We have currently added brand stories to all ASIs, and added EBC to 20 ASIs.
