My listings have disappeared from sale

I have only just been alerted to this by a buyer messaging me to ask if I will be selling an item again. I have checked my store front and only a few listings remain.

If you click on a link or asin it has disappeared from the Amazon website, here is an asin: B01637G6MO

I have opened a case with seller support but thought it worth asking on here as I have no sales since yesterday.

In my inventory everything appears as normal, all my metrics/account health are at 0%, can’t see any problems anywhere.

I have had a red flag for the new shipping settings but couldn’t see how to migrate to the new settings - could this be why no listings are showing?

Any advice/help would be much appreciated.

This ASIN/product page has disappeared because it has the registered brand name Swarovski in the title.

I have done a bit of research now and find it incredibly annoying that Swarovski move the goal posts without informing customers. Sharing this info so that any other jewellery sellers using Swarovski crystals might benefit if they haven’t got the correct title/text.

I found this on the Swarovski website giving guidelines on how to use the the Swarovski brand correctly:

It would seem that lots of jewellery sellers have been hit for not using/meeting the latest Swarovski demands regarding their intellectual property/brand, despite lots of us being loyal customers. I buy Swarovski factory packs on a weekly basis and yet it has never been communicated to me how to use the brand correctly. A simple message of ‘check our website for new rules’ would have been so helpful.

I’m waiting to hear back from seller support and I’m hoping my listings can get relisted if I make the necessary changes.

Does anyone have any advice on the best way to bulk download and re-upload my entire inventory? I’ve always been too scared to update my entire inventory in case I do it wrong, but now I’ve got nothing to lose.

I’ve been removing the words ‘made with swarovski elements’ and my listings are slowly returning and available for sale.

Regarding the length of characters, none of my listings were suppressed, but now I have removed the other words maybe I will get a boost in sales for some items.
