How to disable marketplace facilitator?

I noticed that some orders were sold way below what they should have been. Support told me the price change was made by me, which isn’t true since the item has a fixed price without a repricer.

This had happened in a few previous orders, but the difference was small and not worth complaining about.

Each time this happens, the order is sold to a country other than the UK through the marketplace facilitator.

That’s why I’m questioning this since it’s not clear and it’s causing me losses.

If anyone has a solution for this or knows how to disable the facilitator, I would appreciate it.

I haven’t done it yet, because most of my sales come from abroad, and it would mean a drop in sales. I’m trying to find another solution.

It appears that Amazon is not charging VAT on items sold to customers in some other countries. Still, If the country charges VAT, then the VAT is later subtracted from the total amount, deducting it from mine. It means the customer isn’t paying VAT, so I’m paying.

Conclusion:

After a few months, Amazon finally responded. They issued a refund for the order I complained about, but now a few hundred others are missing.

Fortunately, the sales didn’t drop significantly from disabling Amazon to sell my products globally, but with the losses I ended up having, enabling that definitely didn’t worth it for me.
