ASIN category change problem that may lead to ASIN suspension

Hi all, I have been struggling with changing a category of an ASIN and when I created a case support told me that they corrected the category. However, the change has not gone alive for a week and I am not sure what to do. CASE ID: 16849407641. Thank you.
