Our Product Was Listed By Another Seller With The Wrong Brand Name, Amazon Won't Change It, & Our UPC is Now Linked To The Wrong Brand
We continue to run into issues where other sellers have created listings for our products and have put the wrong brand name on them. Although I have provided proof of ownership, I keep being told by the different teams that it is considered re-branding. This is not rebranding. The other seller created the listing with the wrong brand and the issue is that now the UPC is tied to the listing created with the wrong brand. I keep hitting a brick wall. Can you please have someone advise me on the exact steps to get this corrected?
I manage a number of brands and this is an ongoing issue. If I could get the exact steps, verbiage and process to resolve these going forward, it would really help me out.
