Vine reviewer left a review about a different product?
We recently had a Vine reviewer leave a 2-star review complaining about our "cleanser", saying that it didn't foam well enough. The only issue is that we don't sell a cleanser, we sell a lotion. I don't mind getting a fair negative review, but when it seems clear the buyer is reviewing a different kind of product that doesn't seem right.
Would this fall under the category of leaving a review for a different product? Anything we can do about this? I've contacted support but they were no help. They had me send an email to community-help@amazon.com but nothing came of that.

Since this is a vine review 3 or lower stars, you have the right to contact this customer and just tell him that he left a review for a wrong product.
