Dougal from the Community Manager Team here and I am happy to assist. Thanks for the case ID and Complaint ID and I see what you are talking about. There is a response to the case ID requesting a " valid forms of documentation:" I know you provided a screenshot of the detail page as it was before the brand name change, but that unfortunately does not mee the criteria of a valid from of documentation. There are 3 types of documentation that you can submit and descriptions of those were also provided in the last Amazon correspondence of case ID 16962880521.
Once you get that info over to Brand Registry Support, they will take action.
