Amazon Return - Returned To Sender?
I appear to have an Amazon return that has been returned to the sender.
The tracking is a mess, it appears to have gone between Birmingham and London a few times. Been at my local delivery office and out for delivery twice. Now RM appear to be trying to deliver to someone in Tooting (which is where the buyer lives)
I know there have been no delivery attempts. We have Ring Doorbell and CCTV so I know the postman wouldn't have tried to deliver it. They know us well anyway and even if we were not in it would have gone to a safe place.
Where do I even start to claim for this item? Is it even possible to do so?

in theory claims for lost items are supposed to be via the courier. Though it’s always been an issue since the prepaid returns came in that it was a nightmare to claim as the labels are amazons, not yours.
The issue on top is that according to Royal Mail it’s not lost, it’s gone back to the person who sent it. So it could be that you contact the customer in question to ask if they could return it again. Perhaps provide your own prepaid return label.
