Brand registry ! I am the admistrator and the owner
I am trying to enroll my brand but it Said that the trademark i entered is already enrolled in Amazon Brand registry. I have checked and there are no existing brand applications and I am unable o open a case log. I did check the link in the error message to request access to the trademark and filled out the associated form. The error message now shown us : Brand is already enrolled. The brand you have entered is already registered in Amazon. Please help

My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I would be happy to assist with your Brand Registry issue. I found a case where you reference the brand name and an ASIN so I believe I know what brand you are speaking about and that brand is registered in Brand Registry. Is it possible that you authorized a 3rd party entity to sell your product on Amazon and/or register in Brand Registry in the past?
