Liability Insurance for Food Supplements

Hello all

I have been looking for an insurance company that would sell me Liability Insurance for my products - to be compliant with Amazon's changes to their policy (I know, I should have sorted it already). I have looked in a few 'popular' places like: Direct Link, Simply Business etc. but they're not willing to insure a 'white label' type of business, especially one selling food supplements.

I have found an independent broker and I am awaiting a quote from one of the insurers he works with, but I fear it may be too costly - so, I'm trying my luck here, maybe some fellow white/private label food supplement seller would be willing to recommend their brokers/insurers?

Don't think I can drop links/names here but you seem like a relatively new supplement company and I don't want a broker taking advantage of you. As a guide, if you're currently selling just within the UK and your turnover is under £1million then you're looking at about £1000 annually for product/public liability for white label food supplements.
