Section 3 'inathenticity reason'
Hello,
I have been doing online arbitrage on Amazon UK. I was buying products from amazon.com and selling on amazon.co.uk. Because of some product, my seller account got suspended due to Section 3 'inathenticity reason'. I have order confirmation and receipts from amazon.com.
I bought the products from Amazon US itself so it is not a third party seller. However the Amazon UK seller performance team doesn't accept those documents and I do not have another invoices. The products are authentic as I purchased them Amazon US. So can someone help me how to prove it and I can reinstate my seller account?

Amazon won't accept buying retail from amazon themselves as a valid supply chain. They expect you to source goods from valid wholesalers or manufacturers.
Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do to prove they are authentic. if you had listed them as Used, Like New you would have been OK.
All you can do is open an appeal explaining your misunderstanding of amazon rules, and advise you will look to source goods from wholesalers and manufacturers in the future.
