Performance Notifications

Hi Everyone,

Our main channel is the UK and are listings are translated and listed Amazon DE, FR, IT and SP.

My question is, If you receive a Performance Notification from Amazon.DE for a prohibited product, do you need to remove the ASIN, from Amazon DE only or from all the channels, even if no notifications have been received from the other channels.

Thanks

Knowing how Amazon operate…I’d ditch the ASIN as fast as my fingers could type.

This depends on what it was removed for, i.e. is it only prohibited in DE or throughout Europe.

An example would be an electrical product with a UK plug, this would be prohibited on all channels except UK, so you should close the DE, FR, IT and ES listings.

If the removal is due to the product being prohibited by local laws, then you only have to remove it from Amazon.de.

Most often product prohibited in 1 market place become prohibited in the rest very soon.
So I would just take it off from all marketplaces straight away
