No CE Risk Assessment attribute in Flat File upload template
I'm having an issue after a few listings were restricted due the the CE Risk Assessment says No. I can see a few sellers having this issue. It needs to be changed to Yes but the attribute is locked. There is no option in the flat file at all to change this attritbute, at least not that I can see. Amazon have been less than useless, they keep telling me to change it but it is impossible. They asked me to delete it and reinstate it, I did all that changed it to yes then a few moments later its back to NO and restricted. I've even sent all relevant information to amazon to show compliance, I am at a loss what can be done?

From what I am seeing it's not possible to reinstate a listing that has a locked CE risk Assessment attribute despite being able to prove otherwise and amazon refuse to admit this or just don't know. The only option looks to be deleting the listing entirely and add it back using a different ID. Which is annoying if you had any stock in FBA as it has to be returned just to be sent back, plus you lose all your work on getting the listing visible if you paid for advertising. Seems a little scammy to me, all because sellers selected the wrong option on an attribute. Can amazon not alter their own website to change locked attributes at all?
