I am wondering if I can get some help on this one. Our account was very active with substantial annual sales and good metrics. However, we got suspended for a reason relating to FBA reimbursements apparently and I am not really sure what it means or what information Amazon is asking of me. Can a mod perhaps review our account and see what is going on with it and provide us with further details on why we were suspended?
We had filed a few claims for FBA reimbursements for lost/damaged inventory. We were using a Helium 10 program called Refund Genie which provided us with the ASINs that were eligible for reimbursement and we submitted accordingly.
Any help is appreaciated.
