The first question I have surrounds clarifying your use of "Second-hand goods" Were you listing or selling a used product, or was this new? I do see from the case, this was associated to a new ASIN and not a used product.

The second question I have is what you found in the voice of the customer in regards to this product and ASIN? I see the case ID provided most recently included some examples of your customer experiences. I see the appeal you attached does not address the specifics mentioned by our team on 4/17/25. Since this communication have you updated to appeal to address the mentioned concerns?

An example of what I am referring to is your appeal focusing on customers not reading the description, however there are concerns with the plug not fitting, receiving a wrong product. Where you current appeal focuses more on the compatibility, it does not address the remaining concerns your buyers have mentioned.
