Can you advise what type of situation you are experiencing? Additionally, what are you providing? Depending on the situation, if we require dispute documentation for example, and you provide a plan of action, it will be immediately rejected as we cannot accept that type of information.

Once you post your original notification or explain your situation with more detail we can offer more specific guidance or requirements to move forward. I would also ask if this involves a case to post your case ID as well.
