Transporting Units From Amazon US Warehouse to Amazon UK Warehouse.

Hi there,

I am looking to transport a number of units currently stored in Amazon US warehouses, to Amazon Uk warehouses. Is there a way to do this internally(through Amazon)?

Failing that, can anyone recommend a service(3PL) on the east cost that could assist me with receiving the units from Amazon, and shipping them to the UK?

Great question.

No. There is no way to do it internally.

Amazon does a good job making it seem like you can sell world wide without any effort. Its much more complicated than that.

You can have Amazon ship your products world wide from the US. This would give a longer waiting time for UK customers and they would have to pay duty fees.

If you want to send inventory to UK warehouses, you have to register for UK VAT number. Which is done outside of Amazon.

Once you have done so, you can import to the UK/send to Amazon FC in the UK so customers in the UK can order and receive it very quickly without a duty fee.
