Problems with listings. Updating feed files. Registered Brand
We are registered brand holders and need to make corrections to some of our listings that are incorrect on Amazon.de. I have been trying to edit them on manage inventory pages, which we can do with our products in other market places.
I was informed a couple of weeks ago that there are some errors on the SKU’s we are trying to correct and was told to delete the listings, wait 24 hours and then upload the feed files for the affected SKU’s.
We have now deleted these listings, waited 24 hours and updated the feed files numerous times. It has worked with one SKU, but not with the other 2 (despite the information being checked and entered in the same way for all 3 SKU’s.
We have checked and rechecked all the information in the feed files and have uploaded them numerous ways to try to reset the listings.
I have been trying to get this issue sorted via Seller Support and with ‘Technical issues’ with Brand registry. They have been slower and slower to respond and just send us exactly the same email with the same advice over and over again - which doesn’t work!
We have been repeatedly told to upload a feed file to make corrections – we have tried and tried and have now spent weeks trying to do this. We believe that there are technical issues with our SKU’s that the updated feed files are not correcting.
We have stranded inventory for these SKU’s, Q4 is our key selling time and and need to get this resolved as a matter of great urgency.
Please does anyone have any advice, I am losing sleep and feeling so stressed, my blood pressure is going through the roof every time I get the same response from Seller Support - it’s been useless and is costing my business £££££!!!

do you have the ASIN on a separate webpage (i.e. web page link on GS1) if you have then just open a case and ask to match the content.
if you reinstate the ASIN, are you still seeing the same content as before? What were you trying to update?

Are these in the Toys Category? Did you qualify in .DE to sell during the holiday period?
