Where I can see my refunds?
Amazon refunds my buyers left and right and I am trying to find a place in Amazon Seller Central where I could see the refunds and reasons for issuing them. I can see returns but I would like to check why the item was refunded and, later, compare with the returns, whether the item was returned or not.

Did you check your payments reports?
Select from the menu:
Payments->Reports Repository->Transaction View -> From the Transaction drop-down menu, select "Refunds."
You can adjust the time period and download the data as an Excel file.
