Account was Suspended and Deactivated looking to remove the inventory I have left

Account was suspend and Deactivated looking to remove the inventory I have left before the end of the year to file a loss on my personal taxes. I have tried to open a ticket and have tried to summit request to remove the product but it is not working. when I try to create A Case under help it only give me the option to summit more information to try to reinstate my account or to dispute why my account shouldn't be deactivated.

If anyone has any Ideas how to get in contact with someone who can help me resolve this issue since seller center doesn't does not have a phone number just online support which I can access.

It depends on what you were suspended for as to whether or not you can remove existing inventory.

If it was a counterfeit complaint that brought you down, you may not be able to recall inventory at all.

The Reason why my account was suspended and deactivated was marked and observed that some of your inventory has been marked as defective or unsellable because it did not have the valid Transparency codes. I provided everything request unfortunately it didn't go my way so my seller account is suspension/ Deactivated

the products I have Left

United states store - two products that are Unfulfillable cant remove them or destroy them

Canada store - 9 iteams Unfulfillable, 3 processing , 1 Available (can not remove any of them or destroy them

Any guidance on getting these product removed or taken care of by amazon or since my account is deactivated can I just close the account and amazon will take care of it ?

As mentioned in the thread, the issues on the account can cause restrictions with removing the inventory. If our team has concerns that the inventory may be counterfeit or infringing upon another brand, they will not be able to release the packages to you. In addition, you mention opening a ticket with our team, do you have any case information that corresponds to this?
