Had a $100 order from a guy- I shipped it FBM ON TIME, GOT DELIVERED ON TIME.

UPS has a photo of THE BOX sitting at his front door. He got the package.

About THREE WEEKS LATER he messages me (in spanish) that he "didn't get the package"

Total lie, but anyway, I send him the tracking saying it was delivered and mention the photos of it on his front doorstep.

He goes and files an A-Z.

Amazon support (of course) doesn't even look at the tracking, just hands him his $100 back AND puts a ding on my ODR.

I appeal and send them ALL of the DELIVERY INFO- including PHOTO PROOF OF DELIVERY (its definitely his house, I checked on Google street view)

but they just remove the ODR ding and still SCREW ME OUT OF $100.

Note, I did not get the items back, I just got ripped off because Amazon is supporting a SCAMMER.

Now I have no further option for appeal, and cannot file a Safe-T claim.

I am SO SICK of losing money to scammers because Amazon doesn't check into A-Z's, and doesn't have our back as sellers.

AMAZON MODS.. can anyone here help me with this? This is a cut and dry case of THE GUY GOT THE ORDER and SHOULD NOT HAVE GOTTEN A REFUND WITHOUT A RETURN. @Xander_Amazon
