Your On-Time Delivery Rate is 50%; the target is 90%. One out of 2 items. So are we to call the post office and complain that they are not shipping fast enough? Maybe hand deliver? I don't understand this one. Everything else is at 100%. Frustrating.

@Seller_s8FsjJan15yVW I was wondering if anything happened with your account due to the OTDR falling below 90%. We are experiencing the same thing. We shipped everything on time or early, but the USPS experienced serious delays out of their Indianapolis Hub (a known issue) which resulted in a handful of our orders arriving late. A lot of our items delivered on the promised delivery date, but just later in the day instead of the morning which apparently Amazon counts against us too.

You wait 2 weeks and have it glare at you from your home page the entire time. Then it times out and you go back to your normal day.
I just had this happen, I had one ship by merchant order the week of Thanksgiving. I shipped a day early and it was supposed to arrive in the adjoining state on Wednesday, but stalled at the post office and arrived on Friday, as Thursday was a holiday. Not my fault, but as it was the only order for that period I had about 10 days of 100% late arrival, until other orders changed the %.
