The buyer claimed the wrong color item was sent and asked for a replacement.
Replacement is sent from the order page at no charge within 3 days. Weeks later
I contacted the buyer and asked for the original item to be returned.
Supposedly the item was returned another month later ( I can't verify) and the buyer filed A to Z
I furnished proof of replacement sent through the Amazon channels and they still granted
the A to Z. Buyer has the bracelet free and I have a negative check as well as out the cost of the item.
Learned my lesson to never send replacement without receiving item back first.
Meantime, I would like for this case to be resolved correctly.
Any assistance is appreciated.

I assume this means you had an official replacement order in your awaiting orders.
If yes,
This would be a communications violation. The buyer will have a certain amount of time to return (usually 30 days. longer if purchased before Christmas). If they do not return the product they get automatically charged for the replacement.
If no, and you did not have a replacement order, your replacement product is gone and was free to the buyer because you handled it outside of Amazon procedure
The only covered way, is for the buyer to open a return request from their order page and if they are not given a "replacement" option, they get a refund and can reorder.

As per the return tracking details, the original return was delivered to your return address on Dec 26th. You can check the return tracking details in the Manage returns dashboard below:
A claim is granted to the buyer if "The item was returned using a prepaid return shipping label, and you failed to issue a refund within 5 days of receiving the return."
