Mistakenly Put Brand Name instead of Business Name During Verification of Business
Hi. I am need of a big help. I mistakenly Put my Brand Name INSTEAD of my Business Name in Business Information which Resulted in Brand Rejection because Amazon Couldn't verify my Business.I have all Legitimate ownership and Required Documents Proving that i am a business Owner.I can Provide any required Documents needed for the Brand Registration.
I created an Appeal Submission regarding this issue And For some reason I can't edit the Description for it. Whenever i press "Save Changes" it says "Sorry, we are unable to process your Request".
Could you guys please take a look into it?

Dougal here and I can certainly take a look at your Brand Registry enrollment applicaiton... and thanks for the case ID.
The appeal case you provided requests a brand name that does not match the TM you provided.
You have another case ID (it is the other application that was rejected) from your Brand Application dashboard on the Brand Registry site that has a brand name that aligns with the TM. I do see that one was rejected, but you are able to reapply.
Prior to reapplying, please review the Amazon Brand Registry Application Guide for assistance and remember, everything that is live on USPTO has to match with your application exactly.
