My account was created in Jan, I paid monthly fee to start selling with the Pro plan.
I was not able to sell as my account was not fully verified but fee was taken anyway so I requested the fee to be refunded since i cant sell anyway. I was told because my account is not verified yet I cannot get a refund.
I waited 5 months to get verified. Now I'm being told that they cannot refund me because it's been over 90 days?? Why is that? I had already requested it long time ago.
