End of day forms not working Today
Hi all,
I have been having an issue with generating end-of-day forms since one that I requested yesterday (normally it became available within minutes). However it keeps showing ‘’In Progress", and I cannot download the Royal Mail manifest.
The image attached, wonder if anyone is currently experiencing the same issue?

I contacted Royal Mail today, they advised me to use the Emergency form (google it and download it online) and write down what has not been manifested and hand it over to the driver, they will correctly bill the amount.
