Buyer purchased two products in one order and Amazon Auto-approved eight product returns in four orders to customer
I have been selling pet ear cleaners on Amazon for more than a decade. A buyer purchased two bottles of my product in one order. On the day of delivery, she filed for four separate returns of two bottles each. Each return was auto-authorized by Amazon and I was chagred $24 for four shipping labels. The purchase was for $53.92 and Amazon authorized $215.68 in returns. How can this happen? There is no seller support and I'm don't know how to stop this blatant fraud. If an Amazon person is reviewing this discussion, can you reach out to me?

Hello! @Seller_4nOvjwGYsjf7o
Thank you for using the Forums. I acknowledge this is very strange, the original order is only for 2 items and there are 4 return requests opened under the same order, I see the returns are in transit.
Have you reported this with our Seller Support team? If so, what is the case number?
Regards,
