Account suspended since april 2021 and no reply from support
hi all.
I’ve read that its best not to email support for any updates, as it could put my case to the bottom of the pile again, but this is looking ridiculous now.
my account got suspended as they thought some of my products were fake. i uploaded the wholesaler receipts, but haven’t heard anything back since april!
can anyone please help?

That’s too long without a response so I would certainly chase now- however it does look like they haven’t accepted your invoices. Were they from trade ONLY wholesalers containing ALL the info that Amazon require?

the invoice contained all the details they needed, containing the items listed. it would be nice if they actually told me they didn’t accept them, instead of just hoping i went away. I will give them a chase now and hope for the best!
