Fraudulent COD Orders with Fake Addresses KSA – Possibly Targeted Harassment? Amazon Refunds Buyers and Charges Me!

I’m posting here out of sheer frustration and concern after experiencing what I believe might be targeted harassment on my Amazon FBA account. Over the past two weeks, I’ve received 14 orders, all from buyers with European names and fake, undeliverable addresses. All of these orders were placed on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis, meaning these buyers never paid upfront, all of them are different orders with different names same sequence.
So far, 13 of these orders have been refunded to a buyer from amazon team, and one more is pending. Here's what’s happening:
Amazon is refunding these buyers in full, even though their addresses are fake and undeliverable, meaning they never paid for my product.
I’m being charged for referral and delivery fees, so I lose the product, lose money, and still get charged for the transaction.
Worst of all, my product is never returned to me, even though it was never delivered to the buyer in the first place due to the fake addresses.
The pattern of these orders is concerning. They come in batches of 4 every day, and after 6-7 days, Amazon refunds them without any verification.
I’ve repeatedly contacted Seller Support, but I keep getting generic responses, and they say it’s not fraud because the refund count was low at first and they can not stop the orders and check addresses before delivery.
Now, with 13 refunded orders and another pending refund, this looks like a coordinated attack, possibly harassment!
I’ve had to close my listing out of fear of more fraudulent orders, because they kept coming every day similar night time. These fake orders are hurting my business, and Amazon’s system is making it worse by charging me for undeliverable products!
I never get my product back, and Amazon is still charging me fees for refunds on items that were never delivered.
I feel like I’m being targeted and harassed by these fraudulent buyers. Is there anyone who has experienced something similar? How did you deal with it?? I need Amazon to take serious action, stop refunding these buyers, and return my product or reimburse me for these losses.
