Despite the fact that my account has been deactivated, Amazon has charged me a significant amount to date.
Since months, none of my items have been sold by Amazon, and all inventory has been returned to me. I am still being charged a large sum to this day. how much is it each month? 30+vat then your still regged with the professional selling plan. If its more/less than that number you might have some items left in FBA and your getting charged storage on them without seeing a bill difficult to tell. If your account was not in good standing when you packed up in order to close it you will need to rectify any outstanding issues before you can close the account. Suggest you log in and check account health etc

As above reply, if it is £30 a month, then you need to downgrade your selling plan from professional to individual.
Go to Settings - account Info - manage your services - sell on amazon - sell on amazon again - then click the individual button -yuou will not be charged again, though it will say pending until your next payment would be due.
You will not be able to permanently close your account if it is deactivated - you can only close active accounts, but if you have no other issues to sort out, then you could just let it go dormant.

Tell your bank it's an unauthorised payment and they will pull the money back from Amazon for you.
