My seller fulfilled offers deactivated
So, I got 2 big orders, a total of 4 units order from customer. These were basically FBM orders. The per unit price was more than $100+. I was really happy but what I saw was that Amazon suddenly emailed me that my seller fulfilled orders were deactivated and are asking for appeal. They said that they came to know that my orders weren’t delivering whereas the last time I shipped orders were 7 months ago and were only three. I became active on Amazon and when I got sale, amazon did this to me. Also, my both orders I got, are still in “pending” status because of business customer and amazon asks to submit proof of delivery of “ghost” item which is still in pending and amazon itself restricts us to not fulfill orders when in pending status. I am seriously furious. Contacted support, opened more than 3 cases but none let alone help, even didn’t understood the situation. Also, my listings also removed. What should I do now? They are asking for appeal and in appeal, they require proof of delivery which i don’t have. This is completely inacceptable. Kindly help!!!

This is rather confusing-if an order is in pending status, Amazon is waiting for payment verification, so the order is not live.
What does your notice say, post it here.

I have followed up on the request I made a few days ago, they have advised the account should have been reactivated earlier today, and a notification should have been received. As I do have limited visibility into the account, I would ask that you confirm the reactivation. Please be aware that some things may take up to 72 hours to sync up and reflect all actions taken.
