Are customer allowed to make profile name a review for more exposure?
Hi,
Majority of my competitors are Chinese sellers who doesn't have any moral when it comes to competition. They attack with fake reviews and don't care if they hurt any in the process for success.
I got several reviews that are fake and they got something in common.
1. They are only created with review of my product
2. The profile name of the reviewer made profile name to a review to get more exposure
Is it possible to change their profile name to be a profile name "Amazon Customer" and not a review?
They do whatever they can to get as much exopsure for their reviews as possible.
I don't know order numbers but I got links to reviews if it would help. I already tried to report profile by clicking report profile. I also sent mail to community-help@amazon.com without success in changing their profile name
They misuse the functionality of Amazons features and that's not ok by me. I hope Amazon will help take actions against these profiles because I might end selling this product. This is not feedback. This is profile of the reviewer.

When you consider that you are receiving fake reviews, and it could be linked to a policy violation, you can follow the help page: Report a violation.
If you have reported them already, please share the case ID, so we can take a look and follow-up if necessary.

I sent to community-help@amazon.com when I reported reviews long time ago. I don't know how to find order number for these reviews. Is there a way for me to find order number? If not, then what can I do?
Do you really need order number to look at profiles that are made to be reviews instead of writing profile name? Shouldn't you be able to see at the profile names in the screenshots I attached and see if it's ok to have profile name misused to get more exposure for review?

@Seller_QKOndGSLIU2zV, yes, that information is required for us to investigate. Amazon cannot make these decisions without all the required data to validate the violation.
The help page: Download a report of buyer feedback, indicates how you can download the information. Once you have the details, follow the Report a violation help page shared in the first reply.

It's not a feedback. It's a customer review. How do I download report of reviews so I can give you order number so you can investigate this profile name?
