Pending with Amazon Since 3 Months

i launched my new product in Dec-2024 and it was shipped to Amazon. The product was live but after few days of sellable inventory I saw that its in FC Processing and since then Amazon is saying its under investigation. What would you advise?

I would be happy to jump in here and assist! Do you have the case ID handy that you are referencing in this post? I can take a look on our end to determine if there are any current blockers, and see where we may be able to step in and help get this figured out for you.
