Royal Mail easter backlog
After the Easter break and bank holidays, do you typically post orders right away, or do you wait until potential backlogs have cleared first?
I’m asking because I have several orders that need to be shipped by Wednesday. I could pack and send them out on Tuesday, but I’m uncertain if the backlogs might cause delays. Would it be safer to post them on Wednesday instead? I’d love to hear how you manage this—do you post as soon as possible, as people have been waiting, or wait an extra day to be sure?"

My Easter orders were picked up by Royal Mail just after 12 today (Tuesday)
We find things don't move very far on a Holiday weekend although our delivery people were out on Sunday afternoon (Easter Day) with packets
Locally all box collections (Last Collection locally in our town is 9am) and post office clearance are in Morning now in this area and ours collected when they drop off in their delivery round.
