Change bank account name

Had an email to send a copy of our business bank account to verification which I did right away. The name on my bank account setting is in my personal name not my business name. The copy of my bank statement which I sent has both my personal name and company name on. Problem is verification have said I need to change my bank account name in settings to my business name. Ok fair enough. Tried to do this but there is no option to edit just the name when I try to do this.Has anyone any ideas, I don’t want our account to be suspended as things are just starting to go well.

Business and Contact Information:

– The business name currently entered in Seller Central does not match the business name shown on the documents publicly available with Companies House. Please update the business name, including the legal entity.

Bank Account Information:

– The account holder name currently entered in Seller Central does not match the bank statement you submitted as proof of bank account ownership. Please update the bank account holder name, including the legal entity.

Please confirm in a direct reply to this e-mail once you have updated this information.

Ive got the same one so any info you have would be great, as theres no way of chatting or calling them regards this.
