Does everything i send FBM have to go tracked?

I am wondering if I have to send all of my items tracked, even the ones selling for £4? I have had a look to see if products under a certain value are still exempt but I cant find that information.

From the help section i found this

You are required to maintain 95% Valid Tracking Rate (VTR) for the following Fulfilled by Merchant shipments :

  1. Your domestic shipments (that is, shipments from an address in the UK to a delivery address in the UK), which are delivered through an integrated delivery service provider with a tracked delivery service.

Thats leads me to believe everything? Can anyone show me how to find out what is exempt?

Many Thanks

No you don’t have to send everything tracked.

If sending large letters by 1st/2nd class you can do it through click and drop which will upload the delivery confirmation numbers to amazon, or you can buy them direct from amazon

If you are sending a letters then you will have to buy them from amazon as there is no delivery confirmation on them

Absolutely not, no, and not financially sensible for low value items, say under £20 value.
The secret in mauntaining a good VTR is how you confirm shipment.
You can no longer use the Stamps/franking option from the dropdown.
As said above - all letter size must be bought from Buy Shipping.
If you use Buy shipping for your LL and parcels your VTR will fine as automatically validated by Amazon.
If you have a C&D or OBA account then you just need to be sure that it is correctly linked to Amazon to upload the delivery confirmation.
