Account suspended due to supposedly seller manipulation review
my account has been suspended for months now due to supposedly seller manipulation that we know we did not make nor intend. We have been in business with Amazon for 15 years and have always obeyed and followed Amazons TOS. The account that reported me made fraud by selling counterfeit items and then I reported to Amazon with no reply’s for this case and did nothing. It’s wasn’t till we purchased a product from the fraud seller to verify the authenticity of the product and send him a message to which he responded contacting Amazon and lying about manipulating his comment for his store front. Amazon keeps asking for proof to reinstate the account but ALWAYS DOES NOT SPECIFY ON HOW TO PROOF THIS EVEN THOUGH WE HAVE Proof of evidence and have sent it with a plan of action to appeal and still reject my appeal. Can anyone help me with this or has anyone goes through account suspended due to seller manipulation????!!!!
