Are you brand registered? Do you have a trademark? Without these you can't really do anything but possibly ask them to remove the listing.

Hello @Seller_aoUGslMRrSGNO,

My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I can assist you with proper reporting of Intellectual Property infringement. My first question is the same as @Seller_OvL8C4BJWiuS9, is the brand enrolled in Brand Registry? Please note, it does not HAVE to be enrolled in order to report IP infringement, but the process if the brand is enrolled is a bit easier to follow and see a result.

The best resource to utilize is the Intellectual Property for Rights Owners help page. While it is a very robust help page, all the info you need is there. I recommend starting with the "Types of notices not accepted on Amazon," section because you mention your brand is in the US, but you are seeing listings in Canada. In order to enforce Intellectual Property complaints, you need to have Intellectual Property registered in the country where you are reporting the infringement. If you do, head down to the section titled "Reporting Infringement," from the above linked help page for step by step instructions on submitting a complaint as well as some helpful do's and don'ts.

If for any of the reasons listed on the help page you cannot file an IP complaint, all hope may not be lost. You can complete a test buy from the Seller to review the physical product you receive and if it is not the exact same product (i.e. it does not have your brand name on it and it should) then shift your thinking to Amazon's listing policies and head over the the "Report Abuse," link in your Account Health dashboard and report any violation that way.

I hope this helps and please let me know if you have any other questions OR if you are enrolled in Brand Registry and have submitted a complaint and I can review; just need the complaint ID.

Best, Dougal
