No solution to this issue and its ruining many seller accounts, dont know what to do. Do i go to Amazon's HQ in order to speak with a human ?
I have spent years on this problem and have got nowhere. Amazon requires that you submit an EC declaration of conformity for toy products, these documents are provided by manufacturers or brand owners.
Amazon also allows you to sell "Single trading cards", yet single trading cards do not require these documents, the only documents that exist are from the sealed packs. Both my supplier and The pokemon company ignore people on this issue, so there is no way on earth to get these documents to Amazon, yet Amazon still allows the sale of single cards.
The only way i currently see a solution is for higher ups at Amazon to notice this issue and make changes, but finding a human to talk to is near impossible,
How can i sell on Amazon when they are removing 600 of my products for documents that dont exist and are not needed in the first place ?
Im not even sure what will come of this post at this point, ive posted over the past few years about this issue and not a single person has found a solution.
I have spoke to trading standard, the business department, my local MP, emailed the Amazon director (Ignored), spoke to my supplier, spoke to The Pokemon company.

why don’t single cards require an EC declaration of conformity? The pack does as you state, so why wouldn’t the contents?
If I took a pack of Hot Wheels cars that would have EC DoC, could I sell the individual cars without it?

also can you really list single Pokémon cards without a barcode under the brand Pokémon?
I can see some where they list under their own brand name but that is to get around brand rules and is in fact an illegal listing.
The Pokémon Company aren’t going to be interested I would imagine as well, they’ve made the money they want from the sale of the packs. Secondary sales are of no concern to them as they don’t make any money from them I would imagine. The same would go for your supplier (unless you are buying the single cards from them, in which case they should be the ones who supply a declaration of conformity for the single cards)
and I havent a clue what you think trading standards or your MP would do. Amazon are asking for a declaration of conformity for a toy as is their right. I think your issue might lie in how others have listed single Pokémon cards is techincally not allowed. That is the issue.
